Operations
Camaraderie over competition.
We keep our competitive edge, but we are not chasing another leaderboard dynasty. We are rebuilding something more valuable: the unit.

Founder & Visionary
It’s never been about me. It’s about the person in the trench next to me.
Following a medical discharge, Blackfox faced the difficult transition from military structure to civilian life. Community and friends helped pull him through his darkest moments. He founded The Foxhole so nobody else would have to fight those moments without a unit behind them.

PixiEars provides the compassionate backbone of the leadership team. Her work caring for others—including veterans—and her personal experience supporting Blackfox through his transition drive her commitment to mental-health awareness and an inclusive, healthy community.

Redman brings a steady hand shaped by years of service, sacrifice, and the loss of shipmates and loved ones. He knows the hardest battles are not always fought in uniform, and works to ensure every member has a port to call home and a crew that will not let them drift.
